THE ORDER

The order is carried out through the web site. So, it is necessary to register. Once the customer has accepted the order, the system performs a verification process through which verifies the request and notifies possible errors. In case any error message, the client will then have the opportunity to make the appropriate changes.

Blaubloom notifies the order approval by sending  to the customer a confirmation e-mail. 

When the following circumstances occur:

1. authorization for payment is not obtained,

2. there has been an error in the description or price of the product,

3. the product is no longer available,

4. the client does not meet the requirements established in the terms and conditions,

5. Non-acceptance of the order by Blaubloom,

6. Any other doubt related to the product and its delivery,

Blaubloom will contact the customer.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment can be made by:

-Credit card: Payment is made at the time of finalizing the order through the same platform as for Paypal payment. Only VISA and Mastercard are accepted.

-Paypal: the payment is made at the moment of finalizing the order. Payment is made through a Paypal account, although the use of a credit card (without a Paypal account) is also allowed.

-Bank transfer: You must indicate the name of the person or entity that has made the order and order assigned number. Transfer must be made within a maximum of seven days from the order to the following account:

The order will be sent after Bank verification either once received payment proof of the transfer by e-mail. If after seven days payment have not been performed, the order will be deemed cancelled.

Cash/delivery in warehouse: Payment is made at the time of picking up your order in warehouse. This method will not have transport charges.

 

PRICES

Blaubloom reserves the right to show the price without VAT but indicating the applicable value separately and always included in the total price. In the case of transport or other charges, the applicable VAT value is indicated. The prices are reviewed periodically. The current price is shown on the web at the time of placing the order.

Blaubloom reserves the right to modify prices, articles, offers and other commercial conditions without prior notice.

 

ORDERS SHIPMENT. TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

If the products are available at the time of receiving the order, the maximum period of preparation in storage is one working day. The delivery time shown in the product file must be taken into account in the case of customized products. Orders are delivered by parcel service. Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated when placing the order.

 

Order tracking

The customer will receive an email or a message with the tracking number and the name of the courier company. In this way you can track the parcel through the Internet. In the event that the addressee was not present at the delivery address, the parcel company would contact to arrange the delivery. The recipient can also contact the courier. It is necessary to provide a contact telephone number of the recipient.

 

Delivery time

MRW Spain Peninsula 24/48 hours -Delivery within 24 hours (from Monday to Friday), except for areas away from city, for which delivery might be 48 hours.

Standard Post Spain Peninsula 48/72- Delivery in two days (Monday to Friday), except for areas away from city, for which it might be up to 3 days.

For Balearic Islands the delivery time is 48/72 hours and for Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla it is one week.

The deadline for deliveries to countries on the European continent is 4-5 days per courier service.

For countries in the rest of the world, check the delivery time, which can be 8-15 days (Correos deliveries). Blaubloom is not responsible for possible delays caused by the parcel or customs company.

In holiday shopping season or times of important commercial activity, it is recommended to place orders in advance to avoid delays.

The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla shipping costs do not include tax (tariffs) of import, which will be paid in cash at destination by the addressee.

For orders over €100 VAT included in Peninsula, delivery is free.

Shipping costs must be paid for each of the delivery addresses included in an order.

If the order is collected in store, shipping is not charged. In this case Blaubloom will send a confirmation email to the costumer when the order is ready to be picked up.

Shipping costs to areas not belonging to the European Union do not include import tax (tariffs), which must be paid at destination by the addressee.

Payment on delivery is not accepted for international deliveries.

Other considerations

No delivery will proceed until the payment has been made effective. 

If at the time of delivery it is detected that:

a) a product has defects caused by damage caused by transport (without the recipient having handled the shipping packages or those of the product itself),

b) there is an error in the received merchandise,

The customer must indicate this on the delivery note and communicate it to Blaubloom (by email to info@blaubloom.com) within 72 hours of receiving the order to be able to request the return of the affected product (s). ) and with it the substitution by a new one or the reimbursement of the amount paid for it.

Blaubloom is not responsible for possible delays due to the parcel delivery service.

Errors in the delivery address are the responsibility of the buyer, so they must take care of possible additional charges. It is necessary to indicate a contact telephone number of the recipient.

Blaubloom reserves the right to make partial deliveries.

 

RETURNS

The customer can proceed to the partial or complete return of the order within a period of 14 days from receipt of the same.

The return must be communicated to Blaubloom by email to info@blaubloom.com, indicating in the subject of the message "Return" and the purchase data. Once received, we will indicate the procedure to follow.

If, at the time of delivery, the recipient detects that:

1. the package has been damaged or handled during transport, resulting in damage to the products (without the recipient having handled the shipping packages or those of the product itself), the customer must indicate it in the delivery record when signing the order reception,

2. there is an error in the received merchandise,

The client must communicate the incident to Blaubloom, who will proceed to collect the affected product(s) and thereby replace it with a new one or refund the amount paid for it.

If the cause of return or exchange of the product is external to Blaubloom, the cost of transport is charged to the customer. You can choose a change of reference or reimbursement of the amount paid for it. The refund will be made once the original product has been received at Blaubloom and the corresponding verification has been carried out. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used or are not in their packaging and / or with their original labeling.

In all cases the products must be returned in their original packaging. The customer must send the product in the same conditions in which it was received.

The reimbursement of the amount will be made using the same payment method used by the buyer.

In the case of sending gifts the same procedure is valid, although you can only opt for the change for a product of equal or greater amount. In the latter case we will indicate how to proceed to make the payment of the difference.

No change or return will be accepted if it has not previously been communicated to Blaubloom.

Returns of customized products will not be accepted.

GIFTS

If the package is to be sent to a recipient other than the buyer, the shipping address, contact telephone number and the name of the recipient must be specified in the "Delivery address".

In the case of returning gifts, the same procedure as for normal orders is valid, although you can only change it for a product of the same amount or  higher (in such case we will inform you how to proceed to pay the difference).

WARRANTY

 All our products have a 2-year guarantee for manufacturing defects. In this case Blaubloom will be responsible for the cost and proceed to change or refund the amount of the product, as agreed with the customer.

The defect must be communicated to Blaubloom by email to info@blaubloom.com, indicating the purchase data, order number / delivery note and photographs of the affected product. To exercise the right of guarantee, the proof of purchase or delivery note must be available. Once received, we will indicate the procedure to follow.

It must be taken into account that the guarantee does not cover:

a) Negligent or violent use of the product.

b) The damages derived from the manipulation or intervention of the product.

For this it is important to follow the instructions for use of the products.
