LOYALTY PROGRAM

How are points obtained?

Once the access has been confirmed as a BLAUBLOOMLOVER, you will have access to the MY REWARDS section in your control panel.

From this moment on,  you will get 0.05 points for every € 1 spent on products in the store. While placing your order you will be informed about the number of points that you will get when acquiring each product and with your total order. Discounted products do not count points.

At the end of the purchase, the points obtained are reported. Points validation is done once the order has been delivered. Points tracking can be done in the MY REWARDS section of your control panel. Points are cancelled in the event of order cancellation.

Points are valid for one year.

How are points converted into discount vouchers?

At any time you want, you can transform your points into discount vouchers using the conversion button in the MY REWARDS section of your control panel. You will get € 1 for every 1 point. From this moment on, you have a Coupon to use in your purchase. This coupon is valid for 90 days from the date of creation.

The coupon can be added automatically by clicking the "Add to cart" option once there are products in the shopping cart or by adding the corresponding alphanumeric code.

This discount voucher cannot be combined with other promotions nor is it applied to discounted products.

The tracking of discount vouchers can be done in the MY REWARDS section in your control panel. Discount vouchers are canceled in the event of order cancellation.

SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

In order to participate in our sponsorship program, you must have made at least one purchase.

In the SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM section of your control panel you will see the options to invite your friends.

You can sponsor users who are not already registered.

Your friends will receive an email with a link to create their account. Once registered, the user receives a coupon of € 5 valid for 3 months that is automatically applied to their first order for an amount greater than € 30 (postage not included).

Your friends can access the benefits of the BlaubloomLover community by following the process described above.

Once the friend’s order has been validated, the sponsor receives a € 5 discount coupon valid for 3 months.

The follow-up can be done in the SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM section in your control panel. Coupons are canceled in the event of order cancellation.

GET EXTRA POINTS

Get extra points in the loyalty program by tagging our products on social networks and sharing our content. Don't forget to tag us and include the hashtag #iamblaubloomlover. You will receive the points in your account. You can also get them by evaluating our products and participating in our surveys, options we are informing  about through  BlaubloomLovers newsletter
